Architectural Design Project Manager

A residential architecture and design firm working with custom home builders and clients primarily in Utah, focused on designing beautiful homes while putting the client experience at the center of the process. About The Role You'll be involved in every phase of the design process, from modeling homes from scratch to meeting directly with clients to reviewing final construction documents. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexible hours and competitive pay. Model homes from scratch and make changes as needed to each designCoordinate with team members to ensure clients' requests and changes are being carried outResearch codes, HOA, and city requirements for current projectsMeet with clients in person or virtually to facilitate every aspect of the projectPrepare models for virtual reality walkthroughsReview construction documents created by drafters to ensure firm design standards are met
