The firm works on projects ranging from starter custom homes to full luxury builds, and uses modern tools like 3D rendering and VR walkthroughs as part of the actual design workflow. It's a small, established, founder-led firm with a fast-paced, fun, and flexible culture.

About The Role

You'll be involved in every phase of the design process, from modeling homes from scratch to meeting directly with clients to reviewing final construction documents. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexible hours and competitive pay.

What You Will Be Doing

Model homes from scratch and make changes as needed to each designCoordinate with team members to ensure clients' requests and changes are being carried outResearch codes, HOA, and city requirements for current projectsMeet with clients in person or virtually to facilitate every aspect of the projectPrepare models for virtual reality walkthroughsReview construction documents created by drafters to ensure firm design standards are met

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in architectural drafting/designProficient in Revit and BluebeamGeneral knowledge of construction processes, codes, and requirementsDetail, goal, and process orientedComfortable owning a project across every phase, not just one specialty

Nice to Have

Licensed Architect, or actively pursuing licensure

Compensation

$80,000–$120,000, depending on experience
