Developing architectural schematics, design development, and construction documents utilizing CAD software.Creating comprehensive architectural construction documents.Engaging in space program development.Collecting preliminary design data.Conducting periodic construction observations.Coordinating efforts with multi-disciplinary in-house team members and sub-consultants.Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials alongside the project architect.Participating in client meetings and public discussions to support project managers.Collaborating closely with clients and contractor/developer design/build partners.Executing additional duties as assigned.A valid driver's license and occasional travel may be necessary. Previous internship experience in architecture.A desire or ability to pursue licensure.Proficiency in designing and documenting projects using Revit or SketchUp.Experience in developing project deliverables from pre-design through to closeout.We prioritize people at Mead & Hunt.
