We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for an Architectural Design Professional at our Bloomington, MN office, driven by our strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing architectural schematics, design development, and construction documents utilizing CAD software.Creating comprehensive architectural construction documents.Engaging in space program development.Collecting preliminary design data.Conducting periodic construction observations.Coordinating efforts with multi-disciplinary in-house team members and sub-consultants.Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials alongside the project architect.Participating in client meetings and public discussions to support project managers.Collaborating closely with clients and contractor/developer design/build partners.Executing additional duties as assigned.A valid driver's license and occasional travel may be necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited institution or have the capability to obtain this degree within three months of the hire date.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship experience in architecture.A desire or ability to pursue licensure.Proficiency in designing and documenting projects using Revit or SketchUp.Experience in developing project deliverables from pre-design through to closeout.We prioritize people at Mead & Hunt. Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skill set, or location.
