Architectural Design Project Manager

Hill Engineering is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) offering engineering, architecture, and construction services. We are seeking candidates with at least 10 years of experience as an Architectural Design/Design-Build Project Manager with experience delivering on D/B SATOC/MATOC/MACCs for federal Defense and Civilian Departments. You’ll also support business development efforts and report to either the Director of Design, Director of Construction, or Program Manager depending on the project assignment.Key ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a general list of tasks falling into the areas of responsibility of the Architectural Design/Design-Build Project Manager. Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction practices.Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations in various market sectorsSkilled in project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, PERT charts).Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings (civil, structural, architectural, MEP).Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Must pass background check, drug screening, and federal clearance.
