ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SPECIALIST

REPORTS TO: Director of Architecture

TEAM: Architecture

POSITION SUMMARY

Join Cyntergy as an Architectural Design Specialist, where you will contribute to exciting architectural projects in a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in architectural design and documentation, working alongside our talented team of architects and engineers. This position includes creating project construction documents, BIM modeling, and detailing. You'll also have the opportunity to interact with clients and visit project sites to assess existing conditions or review construction progress.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Architectural Design Specialist, you will support a Lead Architect with a range of responsibilities, which include:

Developing computer models and drafting plansConducting thorough code researchUtilizing your process knowledge to meet client needsCollaborating within an integrated team, ensuring smooth workflows with Cyntergy’s in-house engineersSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture preferredTwo to ten years of relevant experienceStrong background in architectural document productionProficiency in Autodesk REVIT is essentialExperience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and LumionCompetence in MS Office suiteExcellent oral and written communication abilitiesAdept at identifying and addressing project requirementsAbility to cultivate and sustain relationships with team membersDedication to fostering a positive and professional workplaceSUMMARY STATEMENT
