While there is a strong preference for candidates with hospitality, hotel, resort, or gaming experience, the firm remains open to any strong applicant with excellent design sensitivity, technical capability, and leadership potential.This individual will play a key role in guiding project teams from concept through construction, supporting design development, coordinating with consultants, and upholding the firm's commitment to quality and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support projects through all design and construction phasesCollaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsAssist in developing design concepts aligned with project goals, schedule, and budgetProduce and oversee high-quality architectural drawings, details, presentations, and documentationEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practicesManage schedules, tasks, and deliverables when serving in a leadership roleContribute positively to a collaborative, creative, and inclusive studio cultureQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture4-15+ years of professional architectural experience (mid-level and senior roles available)Strong preference for hospitality, hotel, resort, or gaming project experienceOpen to all candidates with strong technical, design, or project management skillsProficiency in Revit required; experience with Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plusStrong communication, collaboration, and coordination abilitiesArchitectural licensure preferred but not required (depending on experience level)What's OfferedA supportive, team-oriented cultureOpportunity to work on high‑profile hospitality and mixed‑use projectsProfessional development, mentorship, and licensure supportCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
