The Office is currently seeking a Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our design team and help the Office grow. Requirements • Professional Architecture degree • 2-5 years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer • Strong conceptual and design skills • Strong visual communication skills • Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, Vray, and Enscape • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written • Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team • Ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project • Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget time • Ability to take initiative in response to direction from managers • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working • Legal permits and visas required to work in USA • Experience putting together drawing sets is a plus • Licensure and/or LEED certification are a plus • Experience on large scale projects are a plus
