As an Architectural Designer, you will lead and participate in all phases of residential design, from initial concept to final construction. Key Accountabilities • Lead, participate in and collaborate with team through all phases of plan development • Complete as-built and architectural drawings including building envelope, exterior and sections • Identify appropriate zoning and building code information • Manage project selections and material sourcing • Support client and project team throughout construction
