Architectural Designer

In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping the firm’s design standards, workflows, and culture while working directly with decision makers on active, real-world projects. Specific Education And Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture • 3-5 years of professional experience in multifamily residential, student housing, hospitality, commercial or related market sectors. Physical Demands And Work Environment • Frequently sit, stand and walk • Regularly required to talk or hear • Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate • Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate • Travel Requirements This position requires travel to ensure projects and timelines are aligned.
