Architectural Designer

You will either work as a member of the project design team or manage your own projects. Analyze and develop approaches to the creation and modification of architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring incorporation of design intent with direction from the project architect.Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings and build models in Revit.Assist in client, consultant, and contractor project information coordination.Ensure documentation for all phases conforms to QA/QC, industry, and Best Practice Standards.Conduct product and code research and incorporate codes into technical documents.Assist in work planning and scheduling processes.Participate in construction administration, including on-site inspections and document management.Lead a small team of junior designers in developing solutions to technical and design detail problems.Mentor and direct the work of less experienced designers and may participate in professional development reviews.Essential Skills The position offers a hybrid work environment with the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.
