Seeking an experienced Architectural Design Technician Intermediate to support semiconductor facility projects by developing detailed layouts, 3D models, and construction documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit modeling experience and a background in high-tech or semiconductor facility design. Develop detailed layout designs for semiconductor equipment installations in fab and cleanroom environmentsCoordinate space planning, tool placement, and workflow optimizationCollaborate with engineering, facilities, equipment, and construction teamsEnsure compliance with cleanroom standards, safety regulations, and facility requirementsProduce and maintain layout drawings, 3D models, and installation documentationSupport equipment move-in, installation planning, and startup activitiesIdentify and resolve layout conflicts, including utility routing and clearance issuesContribute to continuous improvement of layout standards and best practicesCreate and modify drawings and models based on markups and design directionPrepare project deliverables including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, details, and modelsParticipate in project meetings and model coordination sessionsPerform model walkthroughs and provide status updates on assigned workCoordinate with other disciplines and assist with field surveys when requiredRespond promptly to design changes and coordination requestsReview work for completeness and accuracy before submission Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BluebeamStrong drafting and 3D modeling skills with a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of drafting and modeling standardsAbility to estimate work effort and manage assigned tasksExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and processes Associate's degree in Computer Drafting and Design or a related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience in building systems or mechanical design for semiconductor or other high-tech facilities
