Due to continued growth, the team is looking for an Amenity Superintendent to join their team in Orlando! Primary responsibility for ensuring all architectural needs to open communities and support the business plans are identified, executed and managed. Responsible for maintaining regular communication with operating team to ensure an understanding of architectural needs. Associates degree in Drafting or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes as well as technical and procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans & specs.
