Role Description Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to contribute to both design and technical execution. Professional degree from an accredited architecture program7–12+ years of architectural experienceExperience navigating the plan check processStrong ability to produce complete construction documents from concept through completionProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required); Photoshop a plusSolid detailing knowledge and experience coordinating with consultants and building departmentsWorking knowledge of California building codes and residential construction practicesUnderstanding of site planning and design principlesStrong design sensibility with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead aspects of projects when neededProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
