Architectural Designer

Opportunity for an Architectural Designer with minimum of 3 years experience; your prime responsibility will be the development, production, and delivery of Design Documents, working drawings, specifications, and contract documents for a wide variety of projects. You shall coordinate and work closely with a project manager as each job requires and provide ideas and opinions on design problems. Ability to work with a variety of subcontractors with responsibilities for the design phases of K4 Architecture + Design projects. Contribute to each phase of research and design process, including site verification, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Located in the Queensgate area of downtown Cincinnati, K4 is an integrated team of Architecture, Interior & Graphic Design, Construction Management, Marketing, Branding, and administrative professionals that design/build, brand, and remodel commercial buildings with a particular focus on financial, retail, medical, education, and multi-family sectors.
