Architectural Designer

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with both the design and construction teams. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and produce architectural drawings and construction documents from schematic design through constructionCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutionsSupport client interactions and participate in design meetingsCoordinate with MEP, structural, and outside consultantsAssist with code analysis, permitting, and regulatory approvalsReview submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings during constructionParticipate in site visits to ensure design intent is maintainedHelp manage project schedules, deadlines, and deliverablesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field5+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in commercial and/or industrial projectsStrong proficiency in Revit and AutoCADExperience developing construction documents and coordinating across disciplinesKnowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction methodsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced settingPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a design-build environmentFamiliarity with industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse projectsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
