Duties

Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts that meet client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements
Create detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using industry-standard software
Assist in preparing design proposals, feasibility studies, and construction documentation
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct site visits to review progress, verify design implementation, and resolve on-site challenges
Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative materials into project solutions
Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout all phases of design development

Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
Proven experience in architectural design, preferably within a professional studio or firm environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards
Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes is a plus

Pay: $84,972.47 - $98,246.42 per year
