Prepare and develop architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and construction details using Archicad and other design softwareCollaborate with Project Architects to understand and adhere to project work plans and timelinesParticipate in all phases of project delivery, from schematic design through construction administrationCoordinate with consultants and project team members to ensure design integrity and qualityCreate presentation materials and design drawings for client reviewsConduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and sustainable design practicesAttend site visits and provide in-field support during construction phasesWork closely with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlinesContribute creative design concepts and problem-solving approaches to project challenges The compensation range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
