Architectural Designer

Architecture firm is seeking an experienced and driven Architectural Designer to work on the design and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through construction. This role requires a passion for architectural design, building performance, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll work with the team through all phases of the design process, managing multiple projects with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effective execution. We are open to someone coming from a residential or commercial background. Work on the design and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through construction completion.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to bring the schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.Manage and monitor project team assignments, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring project objectives are met.Communicate effectively to build positive relationships with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors.Collaborate closely with design teams to generate innovative solutions and ensure cohesive design execution.Support team members in navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with the project’s overall vision.
