Join their dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking commercial and retail architecture. Responsibilities of the ProjectArchitect will include:Site master planning, building space planning, and interior designExterior building design and construction documentsManage and prepare project schedulesCoordinate with consultant teams and assign project tasksInterface with clients and provide clear communication throughout project phasesPrepare sketches, mark up plans, and review/redline construction documentsConduct and attend client presentationsLead other project-related tasks to ensure success

Qualifications of the ProjectArchitect:Architecture degree1-10+ years of relevant professional experienceKnowledge of NY Building Codes and ADA regulationsStrong organizational, leadership, and design skillsProficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, and PhotoshopAbility to work well with others and manage multiple tasks Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $50,000 - $100,000.
