Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an motivated Job Captain to join our East Providence, RI office with responsibilities including design and documentation for a broad range of project types, including K-12 Education, Higher Ed, Municipal, Federal, and Public Housing.

- Architectural design
- Researching products and materials
- Writing specifications
- Coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawings
- Problem-Solving at all stages of design
- Delegating tasks to other staff members as appropriate

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Architecture or a related field, or MS/MA in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and skilled in commercial or institutional construction documentation, and a good understanding of contract document constructability.

Salary offer is negotiable depending upon qualification and experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
