Role Description We're seeking an entry-level Architectural Designer to join our team in Baton Rouge. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for an early-career designer who wants to sharpen their technical skills and grow within a collaborative studio. You'll support the team across all phases of residential documentation—from schematic drawings through permit-ready construction documents—while learning how thoughtful design becomes buildable work. 0–3 years' experience in residential design (internships and academic work count)Bachelor's degree or coursework in Architecture or a related fieldProficiency—or strong working knowledge—of AutoCAD / AutoCAD ArchitectureFamiliarity with SketchUp Pro; Adobe Creative Suite a plusEagerness to learn residential construction methods, detailing, and Louisiana building codesReliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects against deadlinesClear communication and a willingness to take direction and feedback
