About the Role We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience who is ready to contribute to the bold design and technical development of our projects. What You’ll Do Take ownership of design and documentation tasks for a wide variety of architectural projects Develop high‑quality construction documents that reflect client goals, design intent, and code compliance Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants across all disciplines, including civil, structural, and MEP Participate in projects through all phases from Schematic Design and Design Development to Construction Documents and Construction Administration Participate in construction‑phase activities such as site visits, field reports, and review of submittals and shop drawings Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, consultants, and clients Work both independently and within a collaborative team environment Contribute to a culture centered on creativity, technical excellence, and continuous learning What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural office Professional degree in Architecture Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines Solid understanding of building codes and construction systems Eagerness to grow and contribute in a fast‑paced, design‑focused environment Licensure on track (preferred but not required) Why Bold Line Design?
