Your expertise will be key in developing, coordinating, and managing intricate Revit and 3D BIM models that integrate architectural systems, envelope assemblies, and interior finishes, ensuring that our projects meet and exceed quality standards. Lead architectural design efforts from schematic design through to construction administration for a range of multidisciplinary projects.Create and maintain detailed BIM/Revit models that translate design intent into accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules, while adhering to applicable codes.Collaborate daily with MEP, structural, and process engineering teams using advanced BIM collaboration workflows to resolve clashes and design challenges.Work closely with project leads and stakeholders to define project scope, manage workloads, and deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget.Conduct field observations and site visits to ensure conformance with design intent and safety regulations, documenting findings and assisting in field report preparation.Utilize advanced digital tools for early massing studies and conceptual design options, bringing your creative concepts to life.Employ Bluebeam for digital markups, quality assurance, and documentation processes.Mentor junior staff to foster growth in design workflows, BIM integration, and technical documentation.Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and supporting the integration of emerging technologies in architectural practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.A minimum of 4 years of professional architectural design experience across various sectors.Strong proficiency in the International Building Code (IBC), NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, ADA standards, and other relevant building codes.Hands-on experience in all phases of architectural documentation, including multidisciplinary coordination.Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with clients, contractors, and team members.Familiarity with architectural visualization tools (e.g., Twinmotion, Lumion, Photoshop) is a plus.Proficient in Revit and BIM methodologies, capable of integrating architectural models in complex projects.Solid understanding of construction materials, assemblies, and sustainable design principles.Progress towards architectural licensure and professional certifications (e.g., LEED) is preferred.What We Offer: Ready to take your career to the next level?
