Role Overview This will be an in person position with a starting salary of $50,000 + bonuses. Key Responsibilities Experience: 1–2 years in an architectural role focused on commercial projects.CAD: Minimum 2 years of proficiency.Revit: At least 1 year of hands-on experience.Enscape: Familiarity with at least 1 year of usage for visualization and presentations.Technical Skills:Understanding of accessibility requirements (e.g., ADA) and basic building codes.Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).Portfolio: Required — demonstrates relevant commercial design work.References: Provide two professional references.
