Architectural Designer (1–3 Years of Experience)

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and firm leadership while contributing to meaningful projects from concept through construction. Unlike larger firms where responsibilities are often narrowly defined, you'll gain broad project exposure, work directly with clients and consultants, and build the skills needed for long-term career growth and licensure

.What You'll D

Assist with multiple projects through various phases of design and constructionDevelop architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical details using RevitSupport planning, programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documentationCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholdersResearch building materials, codes, and technical solutionsParticipate in construction administration activities, including site visits and submittal reviewsCollaborate closely with project teams while receiving mentorship from senior architectsContinuously develop technical and professional skills toward licensure

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program1–3+ years of professional architectural experience (internship experience will be considered)Proficiency in RevitUnderstanding of construction documentation and architectural detailingFamiliarity with building codes and building systemsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

Actively pursuing architectural licensureExperience with institutional, educational, civic, healthcare, commercial, or public-sector projects (K-12, higher ED, Healthcare, mission critical)Exposure to construction administrationInterest in sustainable design and LEED principlesExperience with specification writing is a plus
