Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural designer located in Nashville, TN. The Architectural designer will be responsible for assisting with design, collaborating on project management tasks, integrating various software tools, and supporting the development of architectural projects. Daily tasks will also include creating construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and details tailored to each client’s vision and site conditions.

Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and organized architectural drawings using AutoCAD
Develop construction documents for permit and construction
Create highly detailed SketchUp models and renderings
Translate design concepts and sketches into technical drawings
Coordinate with consultants and contractors as needed
Revise drawings based on feedback and redlines

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Related filed - required
2+ years of residential experience
2+ years in AutoCAD (SketchUp a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Motivated and eager to learn

Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm & Friday, 7am-12pm
