Contracts are signed and projects are active; these are immediate needs, with both full-time and contract seats available. Contribute across all phases, from conceptual design through DD/CD productionDevelop and document designs in Revit within a BIM workflowSupport parametric design studies using Rhino/GrasshopperProduce renderings and design visualizations (D5 a plus)Collaborate with project teams on large-scale mixed-use and multi-family residential work
