Architectural Designer

This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who understands residential construction and can turn a homeowner’s ideas into clear, practical, and beautiful designs. Minimum of three years of experience in architectural or residential design. You can listen to clients, develop creative solutions, prepare accurate permit plans, produce impressive renderings, assist with material selections, and coordinate the design with the construction team. You take ownership of the entire design process and understand how your decisions affect pricing, permitting, scheduling, and construction in the field.
