New construction Historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse Commercial office and mixed-use developments Hospitality projects Tenant improvements and renovations Unlike a traditional architecture firm, you'll work directly for the owner and developer, collaborating with our Development, Construction, Leasing, and Property Management teams throughout every phase of a project-from early planning and design through construction and occupancy. We focus on quality over quantity, paying attention to the details that others overlook because we believe great buildings should stand the test of time. Support permitting, code review, construction administration, RFIs, and submittals. Master's Degree in Architecture Experience with commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or adaptive reuse projects Experience managing projects from schematic design through construction administration Architectural licensure is welcomed but not required.
