Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to create construction documents and detailed designs of buildings and interiors from the guidance of a Project Architect; Assist with Building conditions assessments, reports, and field documentation for projects; Assist with Building code reviews and compliant studies, under the guidance of a Project Architect; Verification of construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications. Requirements An associate’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar. 2-8 years of applicable experience preferred. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software; experience with Revit and AutoCAD is preferred. Applicants must be proficient in technical writing and possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, and be able to interact effectively within a project team environment.
