Architectural Designer

Immediate opening for an Architectural Designer in Greenville, SC.

Summary:

This role will focus heavily on producing high-quality construction documents using Revit while collaborating closely with project architects, project managers, and clients.

Job Duties:

Develop and maintain architectural models and construction documents using Revit.
Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction details.
Assist project teams through all phases of project delivery, with an emphasis on design development and construction documentation.
Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
Ensure drawing accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project standards.
Support project architects and project managers in meeting project schedules and deliverables.
Participate in project meetings and maintain communication with clients as needed.
Incorporate client feedback and design revisions into project documentation.
Assist with construction administration activities, including responses to RFIs and review of submittals, as required.
Required:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
3 plus years producing architectural construction documents
Revit Proficient
Strong Commercial project experience
Effective communication skills
Preferred:Experience with Healthcare projects
Project Coordinator Experience

Salary: $75-$95K
Duration: Permanent
