We are known for our pricinpal parterns hands on experience with all project team members both from our consultant partners and our clients consulstants and our long-standing client relationships. Our leadership team has exceptional tenure and experience in all aspects of project management, from initial concept with clients through procurement and delivery. We are growing and seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead team projects

Job Summary
As a Project Architect, you’ll guide architectural projects from early design through construction. You’ll coordinate design, documentation, schedules, budgets, and project teams to deliver thoughtful, code-compliant spaces. Work to include new construction and renovation, with opportunities to develop design and interior design solutions.

Duties

Lead architectural design and project management, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Develop project schedules, budgets, construction estimates, and contract documentation; support negotiation and business development as needed.Prepare and review construction drawings, construction detail documentation, and construction documentation; oversee drafting and quality checks.Analyze building codes, accessibility regulations, and other construction regulatory requirements; support compliance through construction management and construction experience.Create 3D modeling for architectural design, renderings, and presentations; coordinate building information modeling (BIM) tools and project delivery.Skills

Essential: Architectural design, project management, construction drawings and documentation, building code analysis and compliance, budgeting, project scheduling, and clear coordination skills.Essential: Proficiency with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or other computer-aided design (CAD) software, and Bluebeam; experience with construction management and contracts.Preferred: ArchiCAD, DS Render, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.Preferred: sustainable design, renovation, interior design, and construction accessibility regulations.Your impact: By coordinating accurate, compliant documents and design decisions, you help project teams build effectively and create spaces that serve their users.Salary to be Negotiable and will be based on experience and otehr determining factors.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
