Architectural Designer

We are looking for a key addition to our design team. The addition would be someone who has considered starting their own practice, but hasn’t taken the leap due to risk and startup headaches. Job Responsibilities:

- Initial Client Meetings

- Leading clients through the full design process

- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time

- Documenting existing conditions

- Creating full design and permit/construction documents

- Creating design presentation images, renderings, or plans as needed

- Working with contractors on detailing and construction questions

- Building and zoning code compliance research

- We offer the opportunity to work on both residential or commercial projects – you are not expected to work on both, but the opportunity is there if you wish.

- Following company organization policies and documentation (cloud server organization, file naming conventions, etc.)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
