What We Are Looking For We are seeking a passionate and well‑rounded Architectural Designer with 2–4 years of postgraduate experience and a degree in architecture. Key Qualifications A professional degree in Architecture or a related field 2–4 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities Attention to detail and experience supporting projects from design development to construction administration Ability to travel via car and/or airplane throughout the United States for varying durations, from one day to two weeks Where Will You Work Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and either be local to the Boston area or willing to relocate.
