Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts and designs for commercial projects, responding to client needs and site contexts. Prepare detailed design drawings, renderings, and presentations using advanced visualization tools. Collaborate with project managers, senior architects, and consultants throughout the design and documentation phases. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards relevant to Pennsylvania . Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team dynamic in a hybrid work setting. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field. 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite . Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction methods.
