Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, building codes, and building materials and systems. Work with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of in-house engineers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project. Must be able to work in a team environment and able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner. Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office suite is required. High proficiency with Revit and Autodesk suites of products
