Assist in the production of design development documents, construction models, and detailed drawings.Contribute to the preparation of construction details in accordance with project specifications. Outstanding communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset, fostering effective collaboration.Highly self-motivated, with the ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Proven proficiency in creative and innovative design thinking, collaborative problem-solving, architectural production, spatial and environmental design, story development, and delivering exceptional design solutions.Preferred experience with rendering and 3D modeling software, such as 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Maxwell Render.Familiarity with Revit is highly advantageous.Exceptional sketching and freehand drawing skills, capable of producing quick and impactful sketches to effectively communicate and sell design concepts.
