Architectural Designer I

Working in close collaboration with principals and the studio team, this individual will contribute meaningfully to the design excellence that defines our work. Responsibilities And Duties Qualifications 1-5 years of strong residential design experience and technical developmentStrong understanding of all phases of architectural design developmentDegree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited programA genuine passion for residential architecture and a desire to specialize in this fieldExperience with producing production documents and building code complianceStrong design and graphic presentation skills with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to produce both manual and digital 3-D modelsStrong multitasking abilities, attention to details, and excellent communication skillsMust be able to work from our Vineyard Haven, MA (Martha's Vineyard) studio location We share a passion for place and a belief that houses are the most important structures people occupy.
