In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design and technical development of projects. Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while maintaining design excellenceIntegrate quality assurance/control and company protocols into project work, coordinating with Project ManagersAssist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating the delivery of project documentsPlan, design, and coordinate projects of various sizes, including complex assignmentsApply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as neededEnsure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control proceduresLead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideasProvide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure alignment of cost estimates with design objectivesParticipate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communicationManage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets We are pursuing the goals of the 2030 Challenge, the ME2040, and the SE2050, and are an initial signatory of the China Accord and the AIA 2030 Commitment.
