Architectural Designer II

Role Description The Architectural Designer II is a full-time, on-site role based in El Segundo, CA. Strong proficiency in architectural design and documentation tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar), and the ability to produce clear, coordinated drawings and models.Experience with visualization and presentation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion, or similar) to communicate design concepts through diagrams, renderings, and layouts.Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing, with experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with consultants.Effective collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work in a team setting, respond to feedback, and present design ideas to colleagues and clients.Relevant academic background such as a professional degree in Architecture or closely related field, with 3–5 years of experience in an architectural practice.Ability to manage time, handle multiple deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.Interest in contemporary design, sustainable strategies, and materials research; experience with California projects or local codes is a plus.Eligibility to work on-site in El Segundo, CA; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred but not required.
