Architectural Designer - III

The Architectural Designer III will assist in the design and development of projects, will produce design presentation material, and will assist in the production and documentation of construction documents. · Responsible for production, schedule, and technical aspects of medium-size projects, but will eventually manage more projects with experience. · Ability to effectively lead/delegate team in schematic design and design development of projects and make client presentations. · Ability to use basic design communication skills via sketching and hand drawings. · Ability to participate in the development of 3D modeling of projects.
