Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design and technical development of projects. You will coordinate all aspects of project document creation and delivery, working closely with our integrated design team to produce high-quality work. This position requires a strong commitment to meeting project schedules, budgets, and work plans while collaborating effectively with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You Will Do

Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while maintaining design excellenceIntegrate quality assurance/control and company protocols into project work, coordinating with Project ManagersAssist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating the delivery of project documentsPlan, design, and coordinate projects of various sizes, including complex assignmentsApply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as neededEnsure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control proceduresLead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideasProvide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure alignment of cost estimates with design objectivesParticipate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communicationManage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets

Required Qualifications

Comprehensive technical knowledge with strong collaboration, organization, and communication skillsUndergraduate Degree in Architecture requiredMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectureProficient in Revit and Bluebeam, with a high level of proficiency in architecture softwareCompetent in technical design, including evaluating and recommending solutions that meet client needsApplies sustainable design principles and technical skills in producing precise deliverablesStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and innovative thinking with attention to detail and accuracyActively seeks to enhance knowledge and skills, and contributes to marketing and business development effortsTO BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE SUBMIT CURRENT PORTFOLIO/WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMAT*
