Architectural Designer II

Our Minneapolis office is seeking an Architectural Designer II who is ready to take the next step in their professional growth by contributing both creatively and technically to complex project work. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, strengthen your design voice, and make meaningful contributions to projects that positively influence the people and communities they serve. Develop and advance design solutions through all phases of a project, from concept through construction.Contribute to design exploration through sketching, drafting, 3D modeling, visualization, and computational design tools.Prepare and participate in design presentations, project documentation, and technical detailing efforts.Coordinate project information and BIM models with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.Collaborate across disciplines to support integrated design solutions and successful project outcomes.Participate in construction administration activities, including site observations and field verification.Research and apply building materials, products, assemblies, codes, and technical solutions to support project delivery.Support and perform site studies, massing explorations, programming, and space planning efforts.Take ownership of assigned project work, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.Apply regenerative design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.
