Works closely with the Architectural Project Managers and Architects in creating drawing and specification standards.Responsible for creating production drawings to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.Assists the team in coordinating project information and timing.Works in a team environment producing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Coordinates project efforts with jurisdictions and consultants.Eager to learn and know Code issues.Leads and mentors Architectural Designer I staff. Professional degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.5+ years of experienceProficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software.Excellent communications and organization skills.Has a high knowledge about how buildings get put together.Ability to balance workload and deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.Strong graphic and visualization skills to create design ideas and detail standards.
