Architectural Designer II – Multifamily

We are seeking an Architectural Designer II with demonstrated experience in multi-family residential design to join our growing architecture team. Contribute to the planning and design of multi-family residential developments, including affordable housing, mixed-use, and urban infill projects.Develop creative design solutions that balance livability, density, constructability, and project goals.Produce architectural drawings, BIM models, renderings, diagrams, presentations, and other design deliverables.Develop and coordinate design and construction documents in Revit with increasing independence throughout all project phases.Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to advance projects through design, permitting, and construction.Research building systems, materials, and construction methods applicable to multi-family residential projects.Apply applicable building codes, Fair Housing requirements, ADA, Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), and other regulatory requirements.Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and participating in site observations. Experience with affordable housing or mixed-use residential developments.Experience coordinating consultant teams.Proficiency in visualization and graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Rhino.Architectural registration or active progress toward licensure is encouraged but not required.Experience working on projects within Texas.
