We are seeking a skilled and dependable Architectural Designer III to join the Mach team at our Tonawanda, NY office. This position is ideal for an experienced architectural professional who thrives in a production-focused environment and is ready to assume additional responsibility in project delivery, coordination, and technical problem-solving. The Architectural Designer III plays a crucial role in supporting project teams by providing advanced documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating across various disciplines.

What You’ll Do

Produce and develop architectural drawings, models, and construction documentation in alignment with firm standardsComplete assigned tasks on schedule and within project parameters, improving efficiency and organization over timeCollaborate with architects, project managers, and consultants to support coordination and project deliveryAssist with technical documentation, including plans, sections, details, and integration of consultant informationCommunicate progress, questions, and issues clearly to support team workflow and project successContinue building technical skills, design awareness, and increasing responsibility within project teams

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in an architectural or design practiceProfessional degree in Architecture or related fieldProficiency in BIM and RevitStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong communication and problem‑solving abilitiesCommitment to professional growth and continuous learning

The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000.
