Site/Master Planning to develop layouts and optimize land for industrial, manufacturing, or logistics facilities. Develop creative technical solutions to design challenges while maintaining design excellence Integrate quality assurance/control and company protocols into project work, coordinating with Project Managers Assist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating the delivery of project documentsApply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as needed Ensure BIM standards are implemented and oversee quality control procedures Lead collaboration within the project team, generating and communicating design ideas Provide technical guidance to junior staff and ensure alignment of cost estimates with design objectives Participate in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communication Manage time and deliverables in alignment with project schedules and budgets
