With input from the Project Manager and/or Architect, responsible for the design and technical development of project construction documents through all phases of the design process. Provide oversight to project team on delegated tasks and work in collaboration with project team. Knowledge of architectural detailing. Knowledge of building codes, applicable OSHPD and other Healthcare related design requirements to include construction materials and methods, and graphic standards. Demonstrated experience with the permitting process.
