This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished architectural professional who is passionate about designing complex multifamily and mixed-use developments while collaborating with a talented team of architects, designers, and consultants. The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative professional who combines strong technical expertise with creative problem-solving. Lead and contribute to projects through Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Develop creative and technically sound architectural solutions that align with client goals, project budgets, and regulatory requirements. Strong consultant coordination experience across structural, MEP, civil, and landscape disciplines.
