Collaborate with the Owner, design team, and project team to develop cohesive project solutions. 3+ years of residential drafting, architectural design, or residential design experience. Flexible remote/hybrid work environment with the ability to collaborate virtually and participate in meaningful in-person project meetings and site visits.
