This position is ideal for a designer who is ready to take ownership of meaningful portions of a project while continuing to grow their technical, design, and project leadership skills. Developing design concepts and translating them into coordinated drawings, models, details, and construction documents Preparing project documentation, specifications, and presentation materials in collaboration with project teams Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited universityAbility to commute to our Austin, TX office a minimum of three days per weekProficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCADWorking knowledge of architectural practice, including design, documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction technologiesDemonstrated design ability and a strong portfolio of academic and professional workStrong technical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and attention to detailExcellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively across multiple projects simultaneouslyThis position is primarily performed in an office environment, with periodic travel to project sites, construction sites, client meetings, vendor showrooms, and other project-related locations.Remain stationary and work at a computer workstation for extended periods throughout the workday
